1. Place a very thin slice of orange at the bottom of a cup.
   
   
2. Pour a steaming hot, dark-roasted coffee (Italian or French roast) onto the orange slice.
   
   
3. Stir with a cinnamon stick, which remains in the cup to continue flavoring the beverage. Let steep for a minute.
   
   
4. Add a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon to taste. (Additional sugar is optional.)
