Hailey Lind
Pseudonym: Juliet Blackwell.
Hailey Lind is the pseudonym of two sisters; one an artist,
the other a historian. One half of Hailey is a skilled
muralist and portrait painter who has run her own faux
finishing and design business in the San Francisco Bay Area
for nearly a decade. Before pursuing art full-time she
worked as a waitress, an anthropologist, and a social worker.
Hailey's other half is a historian who has taught in France
and all over the U.S. She has published extensively on
American women's history, and currently lives in Virginia
with a motley menagerie of rescued dogs and cats.
Hailey Lind is available for talks at libraries, book
discussion groups, schools, and professional organizations.
